WTGL tees off Sunday, November 8, 2026. Five teams and 25 LPGA players play 10 regular-season matches in a little over five weeks, and four playoff days follow. Every match happens at SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, so no team owns a home course.
WTGL is the women’s version of TGL, the indoor team league. TMRW Sports, the company Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and Mike McCarley founded, created WTGL with the LPGA and kept the same format: three players per team, 15 holes, about two hours.
Below you’ll find every WTGL team and match date for 2026. The league announced its times in Eastern, so this guide adds Central, Pacific, and UK times, plus each team’s own four-match calendar. Standings aren’t here yet. Nobody has played a match, and a page that ranked five teams today would invent the order.
Quick Answer: WTGL’s inaugural season starts Sunday, November 8, 2026, with Los Angeles vs. New York on ESPN at 3 p.m. ET. Five teams play 10 regular-season matches through December 15. The top four teams reach the December 20 and 21 semifinals, and a best-of-three Finals runs December 22 and 23.

WTGL match times in your time zone
Daylight saving time ends in the UK on October 25 and in the US on November 1, so every WTGL match falls on standard time. That keeps the UK five hours ahead of Eastern all season.

UK viewers get the worst of it. Eight of the 15 possible slots start at 8 p.m. Eastern, which is 1 a.m. in the UK, so most of you will record the Tuesday matches or set an alarm. West Coast viewers have it easy, since 8 p.m. Eastern starts at 5 p.m. Pacific.

Nelly Korda isn’t on any of the five rosters. On paper, I’d call Motor City the deepest group, with three major champions in Henderson, Thompson, and Yin, plus Thitikul, who has reached world No. 1. Atlanta has two major champions in Minjee Lee and Yuka Saso, and New York pairs Lydia Ko, an LPGA Hall of Famer, with major champion Danielle Kang.
Each team’s schedule, and who waits longest
Every team plays four matches, one against each rival. The spacing between those matches varies a lot.

Los Angeles has the strangest draw. It plays on Nov. 8 and Nov. 10, then sits out 26 days before facing Atlanta on Dec. 6. New York waits 21 days after the opener, then plays on Nov. 29 and Dec. 1. Atlanta doesn’t start until Nov. 24 and finishes all four matches by Dec. 8.
Boston is the only team that never plays twice in three days. Motor City wraps its regular season on Dec. 1, which leaves 19 days before the earliest playoff match.
I’d worry about the layoffs more than the quick turnarounds. Two days between two-hour indoor matches is easy, but a player who sits 26 days comes back cold.
Dec. 15 is the date to circle. Motor City, Atlanta, and New York will have finished their four matches by then, so the last regular-season night belongs to Los Angeles and Boston.
How a WTGL match works
Each team picks three of its five players for a match. The match covers 15 holes and lasts about two hours. Each hole is worth one point, and the team with the most points after 15 holes wins.
The first nine holes are Triples. Three teammates share one ball and alternate shots. A tee shot in the rough becomes the second player’s problem, and the third player pays for whatever that recovery leaves, so one shaky tee shot hurts all three.
The last six holes are Singles. Each of the three players plays two full holes alone against one opponent. Nobody hides there, and a team with two stars and a cold third player gives away points.
Then there’s the Hammer. A team can throw it to raise the stakes on a hole, and the other team either accepts the bigger hole or concedes it. It’s the best rule in team golf because it turns a routine par 4 into a poker hand. Golf purists won’t love it, and WTGL doesn’t court them.
At SoFi Center, players hit full shots into a giant screen, and the green rotates and transforms between holes.
How the WTGL playoffs work
The top four teams in the standings advance. Semifinal 1 is Sunday, December 20, and Semifinal 2 is Monday, December 21. The winners meet in a best-of-three Finals on December 22 and 23, and Match 3 happens only if each team has won once.
Only one team misses out, so a slow start won’t end a season. Each team plays just four matches, though, so one loss is a quarter of its record. The schedule pages don’t spell out standings points or tiebreakers, so this guide won’t guess at them.
Five players, three spots
Every team leaves two players out of every match, and that choice shapes the whole night. Triples rewards players who give the team clean tee shots and clean looks at the green, because everyone’s misses become a teammate’s shot. Singles rewards the player who wins a hole alone. A great Triples player isn’t automatically a great Singles player, and teams that can’t tell the difference will lose holes 10 through 15.
Motor City faces the toughest cut. It has the most major champions of any roster and must bench two of Thitikul, Henderson, Thompson, Yin, and Valenzuela every match. In the Nov. 8 opener, watch which three players Los Angeles and New York send out.
Where to watch WTGL
Four networks share the matches. ESPN and ESPN2 carry six of the 15 slots, including all three possible Finals matches. ABC carries the Nov. 29 doubleheader. ION carries seven slots, including Semifinal 2 and every regular-season weeknight match.
ESPN-network matches stream on the ESPN App with a subscription that includes ESPN. ION matches stream live on YouTube TV, DirecTV Stream, Fubo, Frndly, Peacock, and other services. ABC is a broadcast network, so an antenna picks up the Nov. 29 doubleheader.
If you stream without cable, check that your service carries ION before Nov. 10. Six of the 10 regular-season matches air there, and a missing channel means missing most of the regular season.
WTGL tickets and SoFi Center
SoFi Center seats about 1,500 fans, and public sales for remaining tickets opened September 21. The league also sells membership plans, hospitality packages, youth tickets, VIP pre-match experiences, and upgraded parking. With only 1,500 seats, the Nov. 8 opener, the Nov. 29 ABC doubleheader, and the Finals are the dates I’d buy first.
